Megan has a Bachelor’s Degree from Southeast Missouri State University with experience in management, staffing, and human resource administration. She is an active member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Cape Area Personnel Association (CAPA). She is also an ambassador for both the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce and the Jackson Chamber of Commerce. She is a chair on the Cape Young Professionals board, Support Director for BNI of the Ozarks, and a member of BNI SEMO Success.
